macOS 12 Monterey is now stable. Unless you want to be on the safe side, there's no reason to not to update to it. Shortcuts feature is pretty cool. Airplay, feature completely depends on if you're deep into Apple ecosystem otherwise not much. Universal Control is a great feature to look out.
